# §1393. Allotment of appropriations


All funds for carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be available for allotment to bureaus and offices of the [Department](/usc/7/1301.md?p=a-7), and for transfer to such other agencies of the Federal Government, and to such [State](/usc/7/1301.md?p=a-6) agencies, as the [Secretary](/usc/7/1301.md?p=a-7) may request to cooperate or assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
