# §138g. Public disclosure


The results of the evaluations of [laboratories](/usc/7/138.md?p=3) conducted by the [Secretary](/usc/7/138.md?p=5) under this chapter shall be made available to the [Secretary](/usc/7/138.md?p=5) of Health and Human Services and to the public on request.
