# §136w–6. Environmental Protection Agency minor use program

- (a) The [Administrator](/usc/7/136.md?p=b) shall assure coordination of [minor use](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll) issues through the [establishment](/usc/7/136.md?p=dd) of a [minor use](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll) program within the Office of [Pesticide](/usc/7/136.md?p=u) Programs. Such office shall be responsible for coordinating the development of [minor use](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll) programs and policies and consulting with growers regarding [minor use](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll) issues and [registrations](/usc/7/136.md?p=z) and amendments which are submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency.
- (b) The Office of [Pesticide](/usc/7/136.md?p=u) Programs shall prepare a public report concerning the progress made on the [registration](/usc/7/136.md?p=z) of [minor uses](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll), including implementation of the exclusive use as an incentive for registering new [minor uses](/usc/7/136.md?p=ll), within 3 years of the passage of the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
