# §972. Additional personnel


For fiscal years 2008 and 2009, the [Commissioner](/usc/6/901.md?p=4) shall increase by not less than 50 the number of full-time [personnel](/usc/6/101.md?p=15) engaged in the validation and revalidation of C–TPAT participants (over the number of such [personnel](/usc/6/101.md?p=15) on the last day of the previous fiscal year), and shall provide appropriate training and support to such additional [personnel](/usc/6/101.md?p=15).
