# §962. Eligible entities


Importers, customs brokers, forwarders, air, sea, land carriers, contract logistics providers, and other [entities](/usc/6/301c.md?p=2) in the [international supply chain](/usc/6/901.md?p=10) and intermodal transportation system are eligible to apply to voluntarily enter into partnerships with the [Department](/usc/6/901.md?p=7) under C–TPAT.
