# §811. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title[^1] and the amendments made by this title for the administration and operations of the [Agency](/usc/6/671.md?p=1)—

- (1) for fiscal year 2008, an amount equal to the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2007 for administration and operations of the [Agency](/usc/6/671.md?p=1), multiplied by 1.1;
- (2) for fiscal year 2009, an amount equal to the amount described in [paragraph (1)](#1), multiplied by 1.1; and
- (3) for fiscal year 2010, an amount equal to the amount described in [paragraph (2)](#2), multiplied by 1.1.
