# §677e. Rule of construction


Nothing in this part shall be construed to impair or limit the ability of the [Director](/usc/6/650.md?p=10) to carry out the authorized activities of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security [Agency](/usc/6/650.md?p=1).
