# §563e. Consistency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and departmental policies and directives


The [Administrator](/usc/6/701.md?p=1) shall execute the responsibilities set forth in this part in a manner consistent with, and not duplicative of, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the [Department](/usc/6/101.md?p=5)’s policies and directives.
