# §556. Incidental transfers


The [Director](/usc/6/677a.md?p=3) of the Office of Management and Budget, in consultation with the [Secretary](/usc/6/101.md?p=16), is authorized and directed to make such additional incidental dispositions of [personnel](/usc/6/101.md?p=15), [assets](/usc/6/101.md?p=3), and liabilities held, used, arising from, available, or to be made available, in connection with the [functions](/usc/6/101.md?p=9) transferred by this chapter, as the [Director](/usc/6/677a.md?p=3) may determine necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
