# §488i. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/6/101.md?p=16)—

- (1) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2008; and
- (2) $10,750,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2012.
