# §121a. Homeland Security Intelligence Program


There is established within the [Department](/usc/6/101.md?p=5) of [Homeland](/usc/6/101.md?p=1) Security a [Homeland](/usc/6/101.md?p=1) Security Intelligence Program. The [Homeland](/usc/6/101.md?p=1) Security Intelligence Program constitutes the intelligence activities of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis of the [Department](/usc/6/101.md?p=5) that serve predominantly departmental missions.
