# §1153. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/6/1101.md?p=2) of [Transportation](/usc/6/1151.md?p=11) to carry out [section 1165 of this title](/usc/6/1165.md)—

- (1) $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;
- (2) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
- (3) $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and
- (4) $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
