# Reorg. Plan No. 3 of 1965. REORGANIZATION PLAN NO. 3 OF 1965


Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1965, 30 F.R. 9351, 79 Stat. 1320, which transferred functions of director of locomotive inspection, assistant directors of locomotive inspection, and district inspectors of locomotives to Interstate Commerce Commission, was repealed by Pub.
