# §320303. Regulations


The [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1), the [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) of Agriculture, and the [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) of the Army shall make and publish uniform regulations for the purpose of carrying out this chapter.
