# §320103. Cooperation with governmental and private agencies and individuals

- (a) **Authorization of Secretary.—** The [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) may cooperate with and may seek and accept the assistance of any Federal, State, or local agency, educational or scientific institution, patriotic association, or individual.
- (b) **Technical Advisory Committees.—** When the [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) considers it necessary, the [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) may establish technical advisory [committees](/usc/54/305501.md?p=2) to act in an advisory capacity in connection with the restoration or reconstruction of any [historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) or prehistoric building or other structure.
- (c) **Employment of Assistance.—** The [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) may employ professional and technical assistance and establish [service](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) as may be required to accomplish the purposes of this chapter and for which money may be appropriated by Congress or made available by gifts for those purposes.
