# §312101. Definitions


In this chapter:

- (1) **Board.—** The term “[Board](/usc/54/305301.md?p=1)” means the [board](/usc/54/305301.md?p=1) of trustees of the [National Trust](/usc/54/308702.md?p=1).
- (2) **National trust.—** The term “[National Trust](/usc/54/308702.md?p=1)” means the [National Trust](/usc/54/308702.md?p=1) for [Historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) Preservation in the United States established under [section 312102 of this title](/usc/54/312102.md).
