# §303101. Establishment


To carry out this division (except [chapter 3041](/usc/54/chstIII/dA/sd3/ch3041.md)) and [chapter 3121](/usc/54/chstIII/dB/sd3/ch3121.md), there is established in the Treasury the [Historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) Preservation Fund.
