# §302703. Apportionment of grant funds


In consultation with interested Indian tribes, other Native American organizations, and affected [State Historic Preservation Officers](/usc/54/308702.md?p=4), the [Secretary](/usc/54/308101.md?p=1) shall establish and implement procedures for carrying out [section 302902(c)(1)(A) of this title](/usc/54/302902.md?p=c-1-A) with respect to tribal [programs](/usc/54/308601.md?p=3) that assume responsibilities under [section 302702 of this title](/usc/54/302702.md).
