# §300306. Historic Preservation Fund


In this division, the term “[Historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) Preservation Fund” means the [Historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) Preservation Fund established under [section 303101 of this title](/usc/54/303101.md).
