In this division, the term “[Council](/usc/54/311101.md?p=1)” means the Advisory [Council](/usc/54/311101.md?p=1) on [Historic](/usc/54/308601.md?p=2) Preservation established by [section 304101 of this title](/usc/54/304101.md).
