# §200301. Definitions


In this chapter:

- (1) **Fund.—** The term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under [section 200302 of this title](/usc/54/200302.md).
- (2) **State.—** The term “[State](/usc/54/200102.md?p=4)” means a [State](/usc/54/200102.md?p=4), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
