# §104902. Services or other accommodations for public


The [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3) may contract for [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) or other accommodations provided in [System units](/usc/54/100102.md?p=6) for the public under contract with the Department of the Interior, as may be required in the administration of the [Service](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4), at rates approved by the [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3) for the furnishing of those [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) or accommodations to the Federal Government and without compliance with [section 6101 of title 41](/usc/41/6101.md).
