# §103104. Recovery of costs associated with special use permits


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the [Service](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) may recover all costs of providing necessary [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) associated with special use permits. The reimbursements shall be credited to the appropriation current at that time.
