# §103103. Amounts provided by private entities for utility services


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts provided to the [Service](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) by private entities for utility [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) shall be credited to the appropriate account and remain available until expended.
