# §101901. Utility services


To facilitate the administration of the [System](/usc/54/100102.md?p=5), the [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3), under such terms and conditions as the [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3) considers advisable, may furnish, on a reimbursement of appropriation basis, all types of utility [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) to concessioners, contractors, permittees, or other users of the [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4), within the [System](/usc/54/100102.md?p=5). The reimbursements for cost of the [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) may be credited to the appropriation current at the time reimbursements are received.
