# §100802. Interpretation and education authority


The [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3) shall ensure that management of [System units](/usc/54/100102.md?p=6) and [related areas](/usc/54/100801.md?p=3) is enhanced by the availability and use of a broad program of the highest quality [interpretation](/usc/54/100801.md?p=1) and [education](/usc/54/100801.md?p=2).
