# §100725. Donations


The [Secretary](/usc/54/100102.md?p=3) may accept donations of money or [services](/usc/54/100102.md?p=4) for expenditure or employment to meet expected, immediate, or ongoing [response costs](/usc/54/100721.md?p=2). The donations may be expended or employed at any time after their acceptance, without further Congressional action.
