# §21131. Transfer of functions of Office of Election Administration of Federal Election Commission


There are transferred to the [Election](/usc/52/20502.md?p=1) Assistance Commission established under [section 20921 of this title](/usc/52/20921.md) all functions which the Office of [Election](/usc/52/20502.md?p=1) Administration, established within the [Federal Election](/usc/52/20107.md?p=3) Commission, exercised before October 29, 2002.
