# §20941. Establishment


There are hereby established the [Election](/usc/52/20502.md?p=1) Assistance Commission Standards Board (hereafter in this subchapter referred to as the “Standards Board”) and the [Election](/usc/52/20502.md?p=1) Assistance Commission Board of Advisors (hereafter in this subchapter referred to as the “Board of Advisors”).
