# §20307. Enforcement

- (a) **In general—** The Attorney General may bring a civil action in an appropriate district court for such declaratory or injunctive relief as may be necessary to carry out this chapter.
- (b) **Report to Congress—** Not later than December 31 of each year, the Attorney General shall submit to Congress an annual report on any civil action brought under [subsection (a)](#a) during the preceding year.
