# §10506. Separability


If any provision of chapters [103](/usc/52/chstI/ch103.md) to [107](/usc/52/chstI/ch107.md) of this title or the application of any provision thereof to any person or circumstance is judicially determined to be invalid, the remainder of chapters [103](/usc/52/chstI/ch103.md) to [107](/usc/52/chstI/ch107.md) of this title or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by such determination.
