# §10505. Penalty


Whoever shall deprive or attempt to deprive any person of any right secured by section [10501](/usc/52/10501.md), [10502](/usc/52/10502.md), or [10503](/usc/52/10503.md) of this title shall be fined not more than $5,000, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
