# §10313. Separability


If any provision of chapters [103](/usc/52/chstI/ch103.md) to [107](/usc/52/chstI/ch107.md) of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of chapters [103](/usc/52/chstI/ch103.md) to [107](/usc/52/chstI/ch107.md) of this title and the application of the provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
