# §70104. Definition of Space Launch System


In this chapter, the term “Space Launch System” means the Space Launch System authorized under section 302 of the National Aeronautics and Space [Administration](/usc/51/10101.md?p=1) Authorization Act of 2010 ([42 U.S.C. 18322](/usc/42/18322.md)).
