# §60112. Transfer of Landsat 6 program responsibilities


The responsibilities of the [Secretary](/usc/51/60101.md?p=11) with respect to Landsat 6 shall be transferred to the [Landsat Program Management](/usc/51/60101.md?p=5), as agreed to between the [Secretary](/usc/51/60101.md?p=11) and the [Landsat Program Management](/usc/51/60101.md?p=5), pursuant to [section 60111 of this title](/usc/51/60111.md).
