# §40909. Compliance with title IX of Education Amendments of 1972


To comply with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 ([20 U.S.C. 1681](/usc/20/1681.md) et seq.), the [Administrator](/usc/51/10101.md?p=2) shall conduct compliance reviews of at least 2 grantees annually.
