# §20164. International cooperation


In carrying out the provisions of this subchapter, the [Administration](/usc/51/10101.md?p=1), subject to the direction of the President and after consultation with the Secretary of State, shall make every effort to enlist the support and cooperation of appropriate scientists and engineers of other countries and international organizations.
