# §4142. Notification to claimants


Each award or denial of a claim by the [Commission](/usc/50/4131.md?p=b), whether rendered before or after a hearing, shall include a specific statement of the facts and of the reasoning of the [Commission](/usc/50/4131.md?p=b) in support of its conclusion.
