# §9206. Rules of construction


Nothing in this chapter may be construed to—

- (1) authorize any officer or [employee](/usc/5/4701.md?p=a-2) of an [agency](/usc/5/3132.md?p=a-1) to request the disclosure of information described under subparagraphs [(B)](/usc/5/9201.md?p=4-B) and [(C)](/usc/5/9201.md?p=4-C) of section 9201(4); or
- (2) create a private right of action for any [person](/usc/5/7103.md?p=a-1).
