# §8955. Information to individuals eligible to enroll

- (a) The [qualified companies](/usc/5/8951.md?p=5)[^1] at the direction and with the approval of the [Office](/usc/5/5402.md?p=3), shall make available to each individual [eligible](/usc/5/4701.md?p=a-3) to enroll in a dental benefits plan information on [services](/usc/5/8401.md?p=26) and benefits (including maximums, limitations, and exclusions), that the [Office](/usc/5/5402.md?p=3) considers necessary to enable the individual to make an informed decision about electing coverage.
- (b) The [Office](/usc/5/5402.md?p=3) shall make available to each individual [eligible](/usc/5/4701.md?p=a-3) to enroll in a dental benefits plan, information on [services](/usc/5/8401.md?p=26) and benefits provided by [qualified companies](/usc/5/8951.md?p=5) participating under chapter 89.
