# §7211. Employees’ right to petition Congress


The right of [employees](/usc/5/4701.md?p=a-2), individually or collectively, to petition Congress or a [Member](/usc/5/8401.md?p=20) of Congress, or to furnish information to either House of Congress, or to a committee or [Member](/usc/5/8401.md?p=20) thereof, may not be interfered with or denied.
