# §7134. Regulations


The [Authority](/usc/5/7103.md?p=a-6), the General Counsel, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation [Service](/usc/5/8401.md?p=26), the Assistant [Secretary](/usc/5/9901.md?p=2) of Labor for Labor Management Relations, and the [Panel](/usc/5/7103.md?p=a-7) shall each prescribe rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter applicable to each of them, respectively. Provisions of subchapter II of [chapter 5](/usc/5/chptI/ch5.md) of this title shall be applicable to the issuance, revision, or repeal of any such rule or regulation.
