# §6371. Accrual of leave


While using leave made available to an [employee](/usc/5/6301.md?p=2) from a [leave bank](/usc/5/6361.md?p=3), annual and sick leave shall accrue to the credit of such [employee](/usc/5/6301.md?p=2) and shall become available for use by such [employee](/usc/5/6301.md?p=2) in the same manner as provided for under section 6337.
