# §6363. Establishment of leave banks


Each [agency](/usc/5/3132.md?p=a-1) that establishes a [leave bank](/usc/5/6361.md?p=3) program under [section 6362](/usc/5/6362.md) shall establish 1 or more [leave banks](/usc/5/6361.md?p=3) in accordance with regulations prescribed by the [Office](/usc/5/5402.md?p=3) of Personnel Management.
