# §418. Rule of construction of special provisions


The special provisions under section [408](/usc/5/408.md), [409](/usc/5/409.md), [410](/usc/5/410.md), [411](/usc/5/411.md), [412](/usc/5/412.md), [413](/usc/5/413.md), [414](/usc/5/414.md), [416](/usc/5/416.md), or [421](/usc/5/421.md) of this title relate only to the [establishment](/usc/5/401.md?p=1) named in such section and no inference shall be drawn from the presence or absence of a provision in any such section with respect to an [establishment](/usc/5/401.md?p=1) not named in such section or with respect to a designated Federal entity as defined under [section 415(a) of this title](/usc/5/415.md?p=a).
