# §3408. Employee organization representation


If an [employee organization](/usc/5/8901.md?p=8) has been accorded exclusive recognition with respect to a unit within an [agency](/usc/5/3132.md?p=a-1), then the [employee organization](/usc/5/8901.md?p=8) shall be entitled to represent all [employees](/usc/5/4701.md?p=a-2) within that unit employed on a [part-time career employment](/usc/5/3401.md?p=2) basis.
