# §48110. Facilities for advanced training of maintenance technicians for air carrier aircraft


For the fiscal years ending September 30, 1993–1995, amounts necessary to carry out [section 44515](/usc/49/44515.md)[^1] of this title may be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation out of the [Airport](/usc/49/40102.md?p=a-9) and Airway Trust Fund established under section 9502 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 ([26 U.S.C. 9502](/usc/26/9502.md)). The amounts remain available until expended.
