# §47531. Penalties


A person violating section [47528](/usc/49/47528.md), [47529](/usc/49/47529.md), [47530](/usc/49/47530.md), or [47534](/usc/49/47534.md) of this title or a regulation prescribed under any of those sections is subject to the same civil penalties and procedures under [chapter 463](/usc/49/chstVII/ptA/sptiv/ch463.md) of this title as a person violating [section 44701(a)](/usc/49/44701.md?p=a) or (b) or any of sections 44702–44716 of this title.
