# §41765. Administrative expenses


In carrying out this subchapter, the Secretary shall use funds made available by appropriations to the Department of Transportation for the purpose of administration, in addition to the proceeds of any fees collected under this subchapter, to cover administrative expenses of the [Federal credit instrument](/usc/49/41762.md?p=5) program under this subchapter.
