# §31146. Relationship to other laws


Except as provided in [section 31136(b) of this title](/usc/49/31136.md?p=b), this subchapter and the [regulations](/usc/49/31132.md?p=7) prescribed under this subchapter do not affect [chapter 51](/usc/49/chstIII/ch51.md) of this title or a [regulation](/usc/49/31132.md?p=7) prescribed under chapter 51.
